Every tile is crafted from premium acrylic and built in layers: a crisp white face over bands of lemon yellow and cobalt blue, finished with a glossy, sun-yellow back. Each design is engraved into the acrylic and color-filled by hand, so the cobalt, lemon and coral red stay sharp with a subtle texture you can feel under your fingertips. Nothing sits on the surface to rub away, game after game. Smooth, rounded corners and striped sides give the set a polished look from every angle, on the table or on display.

Amalfi Coast Mahjong captures a sunny terrace above the sea in southern Italy: lemon trees heavy with fruit, hand-painted majolica, pastel villages stacked on the cliffs and sailboats drifting across the bay. Every tile shares one bright palette of cobalt, lemon yellow and white, borrowed from the coast’s famous ceramics. Garden blooms sit in painted pots like flowers on a windowsill, a pair of dragons rise from the waves beneath a golden arch, and the Jokers stop by the lemonade stand and the gelato cart for a sweet break. Lay out a hand and it feels like a postcard from Positano: relaxed, cheerful and full of la dolce vita.

This is the set for the woman who still talks about her trip to Positano, keeps limoncello in the freezer and never misses mahj night. Set it out on the porch with a bowl of fresh lemons and a pitcher of lemonade, and the afternoon slows right down. A memorable gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, retirements, hostesses and every mahjong lover with a soft spot for Italy. A little Mediterranean sunshine, any time of year.
