Turtle Cove started with a walk along the shore at low tide: scallop shells in the sand, kelp in the shallows, a starfish in a warm pool, and a sea turtle heading back to sea. We put all of it on the table.

Shells became the Dots, kelp became the Bams, and every coral Crak sits above its own starfish. Seahorses stand in for the Dragons, eight different sea creatures fill the Flowers, and ten sea turtle Jokers give the set its name. It’s a full 160-tile American Mahjong set in seaglass teal, coral and warm ivory, and it comes with a matching mat and racks.

Every design is carved into the acrylic and filled with color, so it won’t fade or wear off the way printed tiles can.
