Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

We understand that when you place an order, you expect to receive the order on time. Therefore, the items go into production quickly, and once a set is in production, we are unable to cancel the order. Please check your order carefully before checking out because the window for changes is short

When	What you can do
Within 12 hours of ordering	Edit your design details or shipping address yourself, or cancel for a full refund. Use the "View my order" link in your order confirmation email. OR contact us at support@mahstead.com or livechat
After 12 hours, or once production has started	The order can no longer be cancelled or changed. Personalized items are produced individually and cannot be resold.
After shipment	Shipping addresses cannot be changed once a parcel is on its way. If it is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it to a corrected address at your cost.

Cancellations by Mahstead:

We may cancel and fully refund an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where payment cannot be verified, or where we identify fraud or a pattern of abusive claims. We will always tell you why.

To request a cancellation yourself, email support@mahstead.com with your order number and the reason for cancelling, or reach us on live chat. Our support team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible.

What your total covers

Total = product price + shipping + tax.

Discount codes apply to the product price only. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout once you have entered your address.
